Endometriosis and hormones - what's the connection?
Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus. It can cause pain, heavy bleeding, and affect egg reserve. Endometriosis is not diagnosed via blood tests - it requires laparoscopy or ultrasound.
