What does low egg reserve actually mean?
Egg reserve describes how many eggs you have left. AMH is the hormone that best reflects this. A low AMH level can mean you have fewer eggs left than average for your age - but it says nothing about egg quality. FSH can provide additional information about how your ovaries are responding.
