To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting our customer service at hello@maybebaby.app. We offer a full refund within this period, provided that the sample has not been sent in for analysis. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.
If you have submitted your sample, the analysis is considered to have started. By submitting the sample, you consent to the service being initiated, which means the right of withdrawal ceases. In these cases, we are therefore unable to offer a refund.
No. You do not need to return the test when withdrawing from your purchase, you can dispose of it.
If your sample for any reason cannot be analyzed (for example due to an insufficient sample or transport issues), we will contact you and offer a new test at no additional cost.
