Frida★★★★★

“Really happy! The test was super easy to order and the fingerstick barely hurt. The report was clear and easy to understand, and customer service answered right away when I had a question. Felt safe the whole way.”

Christine★★★★★

“Fast and easy! Gave me peace of mind when my period took a while to come back after stopping the pill. Got such kind and quick replies when I had questions, and help when I had accidentally posted my test wrong. Really recommend!”

Filippa★★★★★

“Super easy test that gave clear results and could ease my worry even though I'm not trying to get pregnant right now.”

Sue★★★★★

“Strongly recommend if you're curious about your fertility. It's about so much more than just checking egg reserve. The full picture matters, and this test gives you what you need to know where you stand if you want children. Personally it has been extremely positive for my health, because thanks to the test I learned I need to sort out my thyroid so I can feel better and have a healthy pregnancy in the future. Thank you for your kind customer support.”

A smarter way
to understand your fertility

Why have you never heard about this at your gynecologist? In healthcare, fertility hormones are rarely tested before you've tried to get pregnant for a year. And even then, often only parts of the picture are tested.

If you want to know how you're doing now, out of curiosity or to plan ahead, you have to go to a private clinic. There, a broad hormone panel with fertility markers can cost 5,000 kr or more.

The markers in your test

With Maybe Baby Egg Check we analyze AMH - your egg reserve. With Maybe Baby Complete you get an in-depth analysis of all 12 markers below.

Are you on contraceptives?

Then we adapt the test for you, you can still get a picture of your egg reserve (AMH) and other markers. LH, FSH and prolactin are not analyzed, because the values are affected by the contraceptive and don't give a fair picture.

FAQ

  • Yes, very. Our sampling method is validated by an independent hospital lab where capillary blood (the small fingerstick) has been compared with traditional venous blood samples (blood drawn from the arm) on 60-125 people per hormone.

The results show a correlation of 0.85-0.98 for the most important fertility and sex hormones, which in practice means the sample you take at home gives comparable results to traditional blood tests taken in healthcare.

Your samples are analyzed by ISO 15189-accredited laboratories (accreditation via COFRAC) used by doctors and fertility specialists, following the same quality standards used in healthcare for clinical assessment.
